*ART DEPARTMENT: Final Registration for Alternate Candidates: September 8–9, 2025
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FOR REGISTRATION
1. The original or certified copy of the diploma obtained from the secondary education institution from which the applicant graduated, or a recent graduation certificate. (A certificate of achievement cannot be used in place of a graduation certificate.)
2. Printout of the ÖSYM Results Certificate from the internet.
3. Photocopy of both sides of the Turkish Republic ID card and/or Identity Card. (Provided that the original is presented.)
4. ÇÖZGER or Disability Health Board Report for disabled applicants (ÇÖZGER is only valid for individuals under the age of 18).
