The theater play “There Will Be Tomorrow”, staged by Malatya Turgut Özal University Faculty of Art Design and Architecture Performing Arts Department, met with the audience on March 6, 2025 at Battalgazi Municipality Conference Hall.
The director of the play, which was written by the world-renowned Italian writers Dario Fo and Franca Rame and stands out with its social criticism, is STMF Department of Performing Arts lecturer Assoc. Assist. Sündüz Adılak brought the play to the stage with an original understanding of directing. The work, which deals with the themes of women's rights, social justice and individual freedom with a strong expression, received full marks from the audience. Filiz Kamış, who appeared on the stage with her one-woman performance, deeply impressed the audience with her impressive acting. The stage and poster design of the play, in which Can Zengin was the assistant director and Yusuf Enes Dinç was in charge of the sound-light control, was realized by Kübra Kartal.
Staged free of charge, the play “Tomorrow Will Be” once again demonstrated the power of art in creating social awareness.
