FAHRİ KAYAHAN TURKISH MUSIC ENSEMBLE'S MEDICAL HOLIDAY CONCERT

Our faculty's Fahri Kayahan Turkish Music Ensemble held a special concert dedicated to medical professionals within the scope of March 14th Medical Day.The artistic director of the concert, which took place on March 14, 2025 at 14.00 at the Battalgazi Conference Hall of MTU, was STMF Dean Prof. Dr. Ersan Çiftci. In the concert, distinguished works of traditional Turkish music were performed with its rich repertoire and strong performance staff. Orchestra and Choir Staff Prof. Dr. Ersan Çiftçi, who conducted the orchestra in the concert, also offered a musical feast to the audience with his gourd violin. In the orchestra; STMF Department of Music faculty members Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ferdi Karaönçel on keyboard and Dr. Lecturer Tuna Taşdemir on bass guitar. Prof. Dr. Ferdi Karaönçel on the keyboard and Dr. Tuna Taşdemir on the bass guitar, while the bindings were played by Lecturer from the Department of Music. Assist. Harun Barış, Lect. Elm. Özgür Sakalıuzun, Deniz Bereket, Mehmet Ali Yüksel and Emre Arslan, Hulusi Önat, Efe Yıldırım on rhythms. In the choir team, which mesmerized the audience with their voices in the concert, STMF Department of Music Assist. Assist. İrem Polat Açık, Kübra Coşkun, Melike Özkan, Sevilay Yıldırım, Alihan Fidan, Ebubekir Demir, Birol İmrek took the stage.
