Meaningful Touch by Painting Students

The 2nd year students of the Department of Painting of our faculty colored the new library established in Doğanyol Koldere Primary and Secondary School under the leadership of Bright Futures Association with wall paintings. April 23 National Sovereignty and Children's Day was realized before the project. Assist. Mehmet Özbek, Elif Boyraz, Arzu Özbek and İrem Sür, under the coordination of Mustafa Yasin Aydoğan, painted inspiring pictures on the library walls to add color to the world of children. In this meaningful work, which was initiated as a result of the communication established by the association officials with the university for voluntary support, the students acted with the awareness of social responsibility as well as artistic production.

Our students, who realized the first mural painting experience in their lives, carried out every stage of the process from drawing to coloring together and designed it in a way to feed the imagination of children with the figures they chose.
