March 8th International Women's Day painting exhibition was held at our university and was met with great interest. The exhibition was meticulously prepared by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tulay Ozkul and her students. The opening of the exhibition was attended by the rector of our university Prof. Dr. Recep BENTLİ and the accompanying delegation.
The exhibition included various works reflecting the social roles of women and their struggle for life. Participants drew attention to the importance and contributions of women in society by utilizing the power of art. Rector Prof. Dr. Recep BENTLİ stated that the exhibition was a big step in raising awareness on women's rights and equality and appreciated the success of the organization.
The exhibition succeeded in conveying a strong message to the visitors through art and emphasizing the place of women in the social sphere.
While the event was considered as an indicator of the importance our university attaches to art and social issues, it offered a meaningful experience that deepened the meaning of March 8.
