Malatya Turgut Özal University Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture, Department of Music Traditional Turkish Music 
The ensemble organized an Atatürk Commemoration Concert in memory of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey. 
Under the conducting of Faculty Dean Prof. Dr. Ersan Çiftci and Lecturer Harun Barış, Dr. Lecturer Olcay Korkmaz accompanied the National Anthem with the piano before the concert in the Faculty Foyer Hall in İkizce. 
The pieces performed in the concert and the names of the soloists are as follows: Bülbülüm Altın Cage (Lecturer Harun Barış), Yemen Song (No Cloud in the Air) (Choir), Play the Drums (Aynur Şahin), Fikrimin İnce Gülü (Research Assistant irem Polat Açik), Kiırmızı Gülün Adr Var, Dayler Dayler Viran Dayler, Vardar Plain (Lecturer Bilgehan Aycan), Çanakkale Song (Alihan Fidan), Izmir'in Kavakları (Choir), Zeybekler: Çökertme (Ebubekir Demir), Harmandalı, Çakal Çökerken Zeybeeği (Composition: Zeynel Demir) Instrumental.
