Award to our Painting Department Students from Young Art Competition

Our students from the Department of Painting were awarded prizes in the “Young Art: Contemporary Art Project Competition” organized annually by the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Organized to increase the visibility of new artistic approaches by supporting contemporary art and young artists in Turkey, “Young Art: Contemporary Art Project Competition”, Elif BOYRAZ and İrem SÜR, students of our Faculty of Painting Department, were among the young artists who were awarded in the categories titled ‘Achievement Award’ and ‘Exhibition Award’ among 354 applications. The award ceremony and exhibition opening of the competition was held at Ankara Painting and Sculpture Museum Mihri Müşfik Exhibition Hall.
